Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vexlore A+ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Account Access
The Service is intended for individual college students purchasing directly, independent of any school. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is not provided through, and has no affiliation with, any college or university.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Vexlore A+ solely for lawful academic purposes. Prohibited uses include: (a) submitting AI-generated work as entirely your own without disclosure where required by your school's academic integrity policy; (b) attempting to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI tools; (c) uploading unlawful or harmful content; (d) sharing your account credentials with anyone else.
4. Access and Billing
New accounts are reviewed before access is activated; this may involve a manual review step. Where a paid subscription is required, pricing and billing terms are presented at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except where required by law.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate academic assistance. AI-generated content is provided as a study tool and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI responses. Vexlore makes no guarantee that AI outputs are factually correct, complete, or suitable for submission as academic work.
6. Your Data
Because Vexlore A+ has no institutional relationship, your data is not shared with any school, employer, or third party. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Notice for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of Vexlore and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Vexlore a limited license to process submitted content solely to provide the requested AI assistance.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VEXLORE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEXLORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or as required by law. You may close your account at any time; upon closure, your data is deleted per our Privacy Notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Vexlore is legally organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
